At Rapid Services Hardware (Rapid Services LLC), we provide high-quality IT infrastructure components. Please review our warranty terms to understand your coverage and the claim process.
Manufacturer Warranty
The manufacturer’s limited express warranty that comes with the product is entitled directly to the customer. Rapid Services LLC makes no additional or independent warranty beyond what is provided by the original manufacturer.
Warranty Claims Process
All warranty claims should be directed to the original manufacturer. Rapid Services Hardware does not process manufacturer warranty claims on behalf of the client.
Warranty Duration by Condition
Every item sold comes with a limited warranty ranging from a minimum of 15 days up to 90 days, depending on the specific part and its condition:

| New Condition | 30 days to 90 days |
| Refurbished Condition | 15 days to 30 days |
| Used Condition | 14 days (Terms & Conditions apply) |
Note: Specific duration varies part-to-part and is subject to the individual item's listing.
Warranty Exclusions and Voidance
The warranty will be considered void and no claim will be honored under the following circumstances:

Electrical Damage: If the item shows signs of a short circuit or any evidence of the incorrect use of a power supply.

Physical Damage: If the item is physically damaged or broken.

Liquid Damage: If the item shows signs of exposure to water or any other liquid.

Misuse: Any signs of improper installation or use outside of the manufacturer's intended specifications.
